Casa Maravilla Senior Housing
Indie Energy's Smart Geothermal™ technology system is saving more than 50% of the energy needed to heat and cool at Casa Maravilla. Using its RightSize™ simulation and design technology, Indie Energy designed an optimized system that delivers the most efficient operation at the lowest build cost. The geothermal energy field was integrated into the tight, urban site beneath the green space and walking paths adjacent to the building. The energy field was designed to provide the greatest efficiency for the limited site area using EnergyLoop™ optimization technology, and constructed at depths of 650 feet.
